Making a critical difference in the lives of our neighbors, Diakon provides services through two sister-organizations: Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, which operates nine Continuing Care Retirement Communities in Pennsylvania and Maryland, and Diakon Child, Family & Community Ministries, which offers a range of social services for people of all ages, – more... including adoption and foster care, at-risk youth programming and counseling and behavioral health services for children, families and adult individuals.
