Beware if you are female and interviewed by the LifeLock manager. He is more focused on your appearance than he is on your actual work skills.

It's a joke. They have no respect for your time. I was contacted after submitting an application. They asked what my availability was and I told them and told them it was the most I could work and weekends did not work at this time. They told me it was not an issue and they want to have me in for an interview. I go in and do 45 minutes of testing and paperwork which included me writing down my availability just to have the interviewer tell me that my hours don't work for them. They could have told me that on the phone when I told them but instead they decided to show a complete lack of respect for my time and wasted an hour of my life.

Phone tag. They call you, you call them, they never answer. I've called back over TWENTY times. Every single time I am sent to voicemail. I don't understand how to even GET an interview here when it is impossible to reach an actual human

Sit down, face to face after initial discreet phone interview. You are not given full details of the job. If you apply for customer service, you'll more than likely be trained for sales without being told til first day of class.

The interview process at Dial America is 1 phone interview followed by a face to face interview both are pretty basic and easy to get through. As long as you have a pulse you will get the job to be honest.
