Working at Diamond Foods is hard but less hours now but I needed the job.
Sort fruits and pack for shipment (Current Employee) – Stockton, CA – December 18, 2017
Once on the clock-I will start working doing whatever is necessary to do my job like sorting and packing. Hardest part of the job is standing facing the conveyor belt. I always do my job at the highest standard and give my best to do it.
Quality Inspector (Former Employee) – Stockton, CA – November 10, 2017
Need better hr and management. Need to be trained on LGBT cause no supervisor knew how to handle someone that gets called a name they write up have too send the person who is discrimated against to talk to hr not the one who started calling names
Delivered food to schools. Wasn't stressful, just had to make sure that all of the meals were accounted for. I had to package all of the food for each school myself, and then load it all up into the truck before I set out on my daily route.
SENIOR PURCHASING MANAGER (Former Employee) – Stockton, CA 95205 – September 1, 2017

Sanitation Technician (Former Employee) – Beloit, WI – June 30, 2017
Very hard laborious job. Worked 12.5 hour days for 6 years. No where to advance. the hardest part of the job was getting coworkers to be team players.Best part of the job was seeing your finished product at the end of the day.
Production Assistant (Former Employee) – Stockton, CA 95205 – June 17, 2017
You either have a good (not great) experience here or a very bad experience. Do not expect to work full time or even part time. Schedule is all over the place, from 2 days to 4 days to 1 day a week. Shift changes as will. Unorganize management and the people will either give you a decent (not good) time or horrible time.
General Laborer (Former Employee) – Stockton, CA – April 19, 2017
they work their employees way to hard with long hours and not enough pay. For how hard i have seen some employees work and how long some have been their this company is not worth it unless your already high on the chain
Machine Operator (Former Employee) – Stockton, CA – April 13, 2017
Dependent on position, work day either rotated or remains the same daily. I Learned to operate several machines, learn new positions and better coordinate employees dependent on their work skills and people skills. There are many lead supervisors and no managers watching over you so leads are your immediate bosses as a whole it's unorganized. Some are very strict even when it comes to bathroom use and some are very good to work under. I love the community because I spent almost 8 years there and they are like family to me. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with fun and thoughtful people.
Good community, weekends off, paid weekly
Low pay vs. other factories, some management abuse power at times.
