The low pay. They go on and on about wanting their employees to be the best and “grow everyday” but pay very little. And with the union dues the pay is even smaller.

OMG! A bunch of useless information and them constantly filling your head with how outstanding the Dierbergs family and their business is. Praising them for what many of us have no idea. It is very clear that the generations of the family today do not have the same business and work ethics their ancestors had.

I feel like this plantation needs to under go a whole new management crew. The one they have now really is a disappointment.

Yes, I feel having drug to tests for potential employees is good. Especially when handling food slicers and cutters. A work environment with healthy employees is a must.
