Asst. Manager (Current Employee) – St. Louis, MO – March 28, 2019
Dierbergs saying for employees is to grow everyday. However, there is very little done to promote this after your initial training. Most days are spent with a high demand of quality, production, and service yet very little is appreciated for the hard working employees that strive to meet these unobtainable demands. This is a family run business in a small market and it is treated as such from the top down. Loyalty and longevity are rewarded where new innovations and creativity are met with obstacles. Overall, I do not see there business model being able to continue in todays changing environment with new competition in the area as well as a changing demographics.
Salad Bar Clerk (Former Employee) – Des Peres, MO – May 21, 2019
You were expected to perform more than what was realistic under the hours your department was given, and was certainly not paid enough for the amount of work that was required. Outside of that, I enjoyed my time and my coworkers. The environment was great, and I would have loved to stay if I had not moved out of state.
