I first noticed that the call room was half empty, that alerted me of a Red Flag, #1. I was offered 2 weeks of training, but only had one, then got thrown on the phones, Red Flag #2. Most of what I learned in training was totally different then what I was told out on the floor, Red Flag #3, the most important part of training to make you successful was over looked and training was about how great and how much money the company makes, there was daily brain washing on company policies and dress code.
They expect you to be robot perfect, extremely stressful. The leads where low class, uneducated and had no common sense.
You never knew if you had a job when you came in.
Horrible experience ever in a call room!!
