The legacy Telx sites is this companies bread and butter, but the policies and red tape processes they put in place to complete day to day responsibilities really slows down and complicates easily performed tasks. The work environment is good, but internal teams do not communicate as they should, and they are very confused with process. this only creates fire drills and rush jobs for new customer installs. great teams of technicians, and I think corporate does a poor job of recognizing them, and the work they put in to make a customers migration, or turn up go smoothly. they do offer good 401k and ESPP plans, and pay/bonus is a positive.
