Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – San Diego, CA – March 15, 2018
I was very comfortable as and administrative assistant for Digium, my daily responsibilities required professionalism and focus. All employees worked as a team to build one another up. Management was direct with what was expected. The culture was very diverse and enjoyable.
Solution Specialist (Current Employee) – Huntsville, AL – June 21, 2018
If you have a great manager, then you will enjoy your time here. If not, the benefits and salary will definitely not make up for that. Digium at one point and time was a great company to work for, but the job market is way more competitive and I am not sure Digium can keep up.
Systems and Network Administrator (Current Employee) – Huntsville, AL – February 11, 2017
Really great group of smart people doing their jobs well. Market is tough and changing rapidly. I enjoy having the privacy of my own office but collaboration does happen often among team members, just not so much between groups.
flexible work hours and time off
multiple groups doing the same things, not collaborating
Sales (Current Employee) – Huntsville, AL – August 14, 2015
Digium is a wonderful company to work for. The management genuinely loves to see people succeed and cares about you as an employee and a person. Since it is a small company, advancement is a slow and limited process. Compensation is somewhat lower than expected for the industry, too.
Flexible scheduling, great management, free bagel Friday's, great benefits
Advancement is slow and limited, compensation is low
