In-Home Healthcare Worker in Dallas, TX

Job started out great. However, COVID ended the assignment. getting paid at the end of the assignment was difficult to say the least. I had to have an attorney write a letter requesting the funds. Besides that, it was a good place to work.

I worked in the radiology department at MGH as an X-ray tech, and the management is awful. There is a lack of respect for the lives of the employees. They label full time positions as “varied” so they can manipulate what days an employee works. This creates an unstable schedule for many people… especially those who have families to take care of. They don't fill in empty positions in a timely manner, so they move around everyone’s schedule, leave shifts unfilled, run the department short staffed, or use supplement staff like they’re full time employees. I’ve seen retaliation/hostility towards employees if someone tries to bring up issues that need to be fixed. There is a lack of communication from upper management. Emails often go unanswered and you have to resend them multiple times to hear back from them. It just seems like they don’t want it to be a pleasant place to work, so they can keep the department under budget to get bigger bonus check. There also seems to be issues between the staff… lots of drama. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND WORKING HERE.

Good perks and benefits. Good work environment. Good job security and fair pay for the job I am doing. Satisfying and enjoyable to come to work everyday.

its okay. there is favoritism, a lot of changes and rules day to day. management could be better but sometimes its like they dont know what is going on either.
Lead Respiratory Therapist in San Bernardino, CA

Sad I had to leave. The time I spent there almost 10 years flew by so quickly. I always had support from my team, and my management. The staff works as family, and it was a great place to be!
