Inept management
Senior Patient Logistics Coordinator (Former Employee) - Sacramento County, CA - May 17, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe job itself was not bad, but the management creates problems then pushes them onto employees. Constantly changing workflow requirements without adequate training or notification.

Food Production Manager (Former Employee) - Prescott, AZ - June 2, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Being fired, they will work you until You tap, high turnover, burnout What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The company efficiency plans to reduce staff and double the work load. As they put it, “we’re broke” What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Horrible, your only as good as your boss feels like you’re doing What is a typical day like for you at the company? Short staffed, do double duty for breakfast; short staff lunch and do double duty. Forced to stay overtime because theirs “no one to come in”

Pharmacist (Current Employee) - Los Angeles, CA - May 20, 2023
My colleagues are great. My managers are also friendly. It can get stressful at times when census is high. But overall I am happy. It’s a unionized facility.

Not physician friendly
Physician (Current Employee) - Sacramento, CA - May 11, 2023
I have worked for this company for over 10 years. There has been countless administrative and leadership changes that they have sacrificed their Frontline healthcare workers. There has been so much turnover in staff and providers that I fear patients get lost

On a scale of helll to hades...this place is hellls septic tank
The the (Current Employee) - Prescott Valley, AZ - May 10, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The day I quit working for them What is the most stressful part about working at the company? nurses are rude careless and would rather chat than answer a call light, managed by small town ignorance and favoritism and the turn around plus the patients overall review of the place reflects that im not the only one who feels this way What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Toxic, cancerous, negative, lazy, cutthroat, catty, throw you under the bus if they can to look good, negligent, dismissive, poor attitude and no ambition to change the residents of the areas outlook and negative experiences of the place. The entire area dreds having to go there but the urgent care options are even worse believe it or not What is a typical day like for you at the company? Full of boolshite, negativity, whining, rudeness, cliques, ostracizing, favoritism, red neck logic...good thing the patients are there to break it up a little

Horrible
Radiation Therapist (Former Employee) - San Francisco, CA - May 5, 2023
Lousy ancient equipment. Behind the times technologically. Horrible management that has no idea what they are doing I would go to another facility if I was a patient. I would look to work elsewhere as a healthcare professional

Toxic Work Environment
Health Care Provider (Former Employee) - Red Bluff, CA - May 4, 2023
Character assassination of providers who did not have ownership in company. Very childish. I saw them freeze people out of retirement accounts for 3-5 months when change of ownership occurred. No explanation. Management very set in ways. I have seen them fire managers who try to make improvements they hire them for in the first place. Rely heavily on Locums in more toxic departments.

My Experience
Registered Nurse (Current Employee) - Los Angeles, CA - May 4, 2023
It's a great place to gain experience. The members of staff are generally okay to work with. Most of them feel like their voices and opinions do not matter even though the managers always say "they are open to suggestions on how to improve the place." Work culture can be toxic depending on what department you're assigned to. They are always short staffed and go out of patient ratios often (applies to both RNs and CNAs). They do not have a phlebotomy team and as the RN, you are expected to do everyone's job including yours or the fault is on you. Pay is okay but their union is incompetent and do not fight for the nurses. Ever!

In one sentence, I would say, consider it productive and consistent.
Patient Care Technician (Current Employee) - Gilbert, AZ - May 3, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Teamwork is rare because of such a shift in health care. It’s like every man for themselves, however dignity health upholds the standard of team work. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Having too many patient rooms for an CNA and being able to service them when the floor is too heavy with high acuity. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The work environment is consistent and considerate of each other and the check and balances of the floor. Every one looks for the best way to balance. It’s also a Catholic hospital so taken a break for the chapel is rejuvenating. Someone is always in eyes view to help you and point you in the right direction. What is a typical day like for you at the company? I work night shift, so I imagine the days must be rather busy consistent very communicative. The Night Shift is updated of the dayshift, and we simply carry on our own way of communication inconsistencies.
