I am the ultimate team player and it was sad that the hard workers are almost punished to go over and above while the repeated slackers of the office are able to be slackers and get away with it. The Managers are the ones to blame for their staff's lack of productivity and follow through. Why are you a manager ? Incredible.I enjoyed being able to excel at having the strong ability to pay close attention to detail and to follow through thouroughly on any given account and situation.dealt.The hardest part of my job was having to deal with all the different personalities and "complaints" about their job.I've learned that i can ONLY be responsible for myself and my actions. I also learned that not all co-workers and management staff were honest. That was a tough pill to swallow.

The human kindness campaign is a bunch of bunk. Employees are treated like criminals on a regular basis. People are carted off to HR for the smallest reasons. I was interrogated by the director of CM and the HR director for problems that happened on my day off. The union is a joke. On one particular day, I was scheduled to go to HR for a meeting and was warned by the union rep that Dignity hired extra security to surround the building and that I was not allowed to walk from my car to the building unless escorted. This is just one of the tactics used to humiliate and embarrass the employees. The director of HR at Mercy San Juan allows the managers to behave in an abusive manner and encourages harassment toward the staff.
