If you are use to the retail world it’s fine and they pay pretty decent. Management is rude and talks down on you. You have to work open to close and they don’t accept part time even though this is the SLOWEST location i’ve ever worked at or visited.

Good pay and commission was well. Although the hours were long, you got an hour break time. Depending on the management they will you grow. Always willing to give raises.

All the counter managers I met have been super supportive and helpful, the only downside was every shift was open till close. You don’t have any work life balance and it can be difficult to ask for a raise.

Typical retail job. Holidays, weekends, nights you will be working. Injured? You are still expected to be at work. They have a strict tardy policy. If you are more than 5 minutes late to clock in more than twice they will fire you. You have no work life balance. If you arent meeting the minimum sales goals you are fired. No one shops at Dillards, so expect you time their to be short. In order to get sales you have to call and harrass customers begging them to come in and buy. 0/5 experience.
