Simple ..terminate about 70 percent of the workforce who are pathetic,lazy,and useless to our workforce,you know who you are!!Managers or upper mngrs are at a all time low.full of deceit,envy,experience,lack of intelligence,low energy,and overloaded with women Leaders who are lazy and clueless ,and jealous of one another ,so sabotaging is a common practice in wichita stores,our company is in serious turmoil,due to the incredible amount of brain power ,highly intelligent,sophisticated rock stars who have no instruments anymore cuz they all wore out now,why u ask??They did not get taken care of Mr.Dillon..........

Pay your employees a decent wage consistent with their responsibilities. For example a butcher working with risky cutting tools should be compensated for such risk. Pharmacy personnel responsible for abiding by additional laws and policies and whose job can be detrimental to someone's life should be compensated as such. These people should not be paid the same wage as a bagger, checker, or stocking person.
