Upper management is not great but other associates were like family, no work life balance, favoritism really shows. Dont supply enough hours for work to be done but get upset of any overtime. They dont pay well unless your a manager. My store had 95% turnover rate. Most of the time we were severely short-staffed but still got in trouble when work not getting done. Good benifits if you are full time. They set unrealistic expectations for anything.

The employees and neighborhood were really hard to work with, the environment made it easier for people to rather quit or relocate. Very toxic environment to those who can easily be pushed further into the company.
