Will impose a Customer is always right, policy! I will put workers to work in all areas, and then put each to work permanently, in position were they are most efficient. I would keep the workers with best attendant, and best customer service, also. I would try to rotate shifts, taking to all workers, to see what weekly schedule, fit, each best, and put them., on those schedules, and let workers agree in changing shift hours, between them, but with responsability of showing up. I would promote. From within, for important positions, and manager positions. I would resolve problems internally, if possible, before leting go employees, for mis conduct, or not showing up to work, or for customer complaints about a worker, so the worker get a chance to correct and improve, their work quality and behavior!

Be encouraging and positive when workers do well. Do not intimidate and belittle workers because you think you’re bettwr than them or believe it will make them work harder. it will only stress out workers and make them dislike you. Earn respect and trust by adding to productivity. Make it an enjoyable environment where people are proud to work there. We are not in china. Standards of working must be humane and ethical m.
Get better managers and revamp that small app walkthrough they call "training".
