Very stressful, Diplomat faces a lot of challenges compared to competitors which often leads to many changes in our process and our service offerings. This is a funny question... It is 845 to 515, but one day a week u have to work late so it is 11-8 or 1230-9. Then if it is your weekend then you work late on friday 1230-9 and back to work sat morning at 815 to 515. Never understood that, and if you want time off you have to request it, but if it is between you and a supervisor or higher staff you are denied no matter how far in advance you put it in,
