Be fair to employees! Stop over working and underpaying them just to meet metrics of patient calls completed. The customers are sick and deserve time and attention to make sure their medication dose and delivery is complete without error, such as having to call becuase their medication never got to them or they were billed incorrectly. Stop treating employees like they are just a number and compensate them as they deserve. $10/hr for the detailed work and responsibilities is not enough. You know they need to be paid more which is why so many people take the over time incentives
