Bad Management/ Pay
Sales (Former Employee) –  ArkansasJune 26, 2019
They don't scan their management good enough. They're not supportive with training. They expect you to babysit another employee. They'll over work you and little pay.

Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) –  LaGrange, GAJune 8, 2019
This is not a great place for an adult with kids. You don’t make enough to pay your bills. Your expected to be at work EVERY day even if your kid is sick or you. Management doesn’t care about you at all. When they don’t have kids which they don’t, they don’t understand that life that your living with kids. No compassion for employees at all. Lead agent steals money from people’s cash box. It was an awful experience for me.
Pros
Day off during week if you worked the weekend.
Cons
No restroom breaks, poor pay, very inconsistent with schedules, poor management

Worst Company Ever
Manager (Former Employee) –  Greenville, NCApril 16, 2019
This is by far the worst company that I have ever been employed with. They treat you like you are not even human. They make you follow a script like role playing with customers. The commissions are charged back if a policy cancels. This company sucks!
Pros
Nothing

Everything about this company is bad

The people are great and management even better. Workplace culture is pretty relaxed with clear and concise rules as far as what is expected of you. Would work for them again.

Decent place to work
Customer Service Representative 3 (Former Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAApril 1, 2019
Work wasn't stressful, co-workers were supportive and helpful. Management always had advice and assistance with any issue. All information was readily available through resource channels. The hardest part of the job was leaving - the company closed down.

I enjoyed working for Direct General, and if they hadn't closed the Gainesville, Ga. office I'd still be there. The managers were good bosses, and the company benefits were good.

Horrible company should be out of business
Sales Agent (Former Employee) –  Conway, ARMarch 6, 2019
This is TAGGER insurance company. Thats it! They cater to low lifes who come in once a yr to get their tags renewed and need proof of ins- everyone knows it and jokes how the customer only pays for 1 mo of ins and you dont see them till next yr- meantime, you are helping these people break the law and encourage driving without insurance and having accidents and hurting people (maybe someone you love). The cost of companies like this is picked up and pd for by customers of REAL ins companies that must pay out claims (uninsured motorist coverage) to victims who must pay higher premiums because of “related accidental/probability rate associated in your area”
Pros
Mostly left alone
Cons
Stupid unethical demands
