They say they will train you but really don't and expect you to know the system either way. If you ask questions they direct you to others that don't even know the answers. You are expected to falsely input data about race for their own statistics. Everyone is looking for other jobs. You will notice e-mails everyday about people leaving the company or being terminated. The gossip between supervisors is unreal!!!!!

The interview is held by a group of employees but ultimately Katie the director decides if you are hired. Even if the group doesn't like you. All you have to do is get in with her first
