Some managers need will personally hold grudges against you if you do not meet in your metrics if you do not have high scores from the celt team all heck breaks loose, some definitely have favoritism that shows to the point that even if you do meet in all your metrics and high scores from celt you still will not be acknowledge because of the favoritism ... then expects you to feel wanted and appreciated and be functional to work... And in the end they still look at you as a dollar sign. If that part can be fixed, the management will be ok
