This company pays decent bonuses but the base salary is way too low. When you started interviewing this is when I realized that Discovery pay very low salaries for professional positions (sales and management). Company management used and abused you. Is a lot of incompetence due to bad hired. Good employees leave Tired of doing all the work without recognition .
