A very basic interview is conducted via phone, just to get a feel for how you will sound when talking to customers and to ask basic questions. Then there's a more thorough interview that is done face to face, typically lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

A typical day at dish. You come in go to your desk log in take calls until your break or training maybe a meeting. No one bothers you. It’s a nice work environment great people.
