I was giving myself an Ulcer fretting about my metrics. Worked there for 6 months and saw some goals get increased to twice what they were when I started. General Manager literally told everyone in the meeting they were a number on a spreadsheet to him. When I turned in my notice they just cut me off the schedule completely without telling me, woke up the next morning to no route.

Job sucks, your not a field tech..... you are a nothing but a salesman. That's all they care about. Sales!!! They keep raising the metrics and expectations. Monty personally said that we are a dime a dozen. High turn around in this field with low starting pay in the industry.
