So, they ask you if you are related to sales or if by some reason you have seen yourself in the Necessity to sell or promote a product at your last job. Is you respond (YES), then you are hooked to what they want. They won't explain to you in the 2nd day of training that you will be directly involved with sales, but they "show" you how to sale those specific products.
They asked me would I be able to travel to Pennsylvania because they don’t have a training base in Boston
It was a phone interview. Lasted about 19minutes. The lady was laid back and nice but one of the questions Which do I see myself mostly related to? Curiosity, Pride, Adventure, or Winning? There were a couple questions like that and a couple scenarios overall it went smoothly and I feel I aced the interview! Will know in a couple days, pray for me! And I will do the same.
Roseland, New Jersey. The process is ridiculously long. Poor energy from those conducting the interview process. Seems they focus more on what the applicant is wearing than how qualifies the person is. Had a weird feeling during the interview process, none of the men conducting the interviews seemed happy with the company. VERY LOW ENERGY, nothing positive to talk about other than false perception that those retention agents make 100 grand per year. NO TRUTH there, just kept repeating the stress of the positions.
