During my interview at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products they asked how would I approach specific scenarios. The first scenario tested my skills and abilities toward specific problems that the company may need me to solve. The second scenario tested my problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills. I had to approach the problem and explain my line of thought in each one of the scenarios.
They asked about times over gone above and beyond for a guest, how have I dealt with a difficult customer and if I was comfortable making the product that’s sold
General scheduling questions and customer service questions.
If you get the final interview be prepared to role play with the leaders.
Series of personality tests with ability to type read etc.. takes 1-2 hours if you make it through.
If you google sales interview questions, they ask the same list. Nothing specific about your resume. They do not individualize the questions.
Give an example of a time where a lead a team through change?
Provide an example of feedback you would give.
How did you make a positive impact at your previous workplace?
I was asked about my background working with children because that is what I being interviewed for, a childcare center in a office. I was also asked business related questions.
