Its ok
Front Desk Agent (Current Employee) - Orlando, FL - November 9, 2022
Fun job but needs to work on getting better management and better pay. The hours are weird, people call out all the time. You get perks like park tickets etc

Best of the Best
Front Desk Agent (Former Employee) - Kapolei, HI - May 16, 2019
Truly a company that values its employees. Beautiful resort that honors the Hawaiian culture and history, yet with a touch of Disney magic. Disney values and Hawaiian values complement each other. This is translated over to Cast Members, where we are encouraged to use 'Olelo Hawai'i in our everyday conversations with each other and to Guests. The Disney way of leadership is like none other- they value Cast Member feedback, leadership is involved and engaged with Guests/Cast Members. Movement and career opportunities are offered frequently because everyone is always ready to learn new things. The leadership team also values employee recognition. Proud to be part of the Aulani 'Ohana! Work hard, play hard.
Pros
Fun place to work, lots of opportunity to develop, top notch leadership, benefits of working for Disney
Cons
We work while others play- need full availability, schedules change based on business needs, which is typical for the Hospitality Industry
