Leadership working with those they like holding meetings to plot against you - untruths supported by the team - would make you the liar - force terminations - Retailiation supported by the TOP.

More oversight on DC Government- Office on Aging looking at the number of terminations, job performances compared to previous - later Termination - age of workers on board, promoted verses older workers - trends & analysis over the last five years.

To avoid Employee lawsuits & further look into the Agency a total cleanup top to the bottom needs attention. Office on Aging needs more seasoned older workers that District Seniors can relate to & the Leadership as well understands & truly cares about the Seniors & Disabled in the District. Instead of statistical data to tell the story of how well they are doing.

Look at number of folks terminated - forced out over the past 3-5 years & those working under stress of being the next.
