Because my “boss” used me to do her job. She only came around once a month and I never once got complained on from Kohls but my boss seemed to think otherwise. She was always wanting me to work to cover other store and when I couldn’t she would get mad and fuss at me when I had to call out because of sickness or funeral . I was denied my yearly vacation hours was told I didn’t get one I was supposed to though and was then asked to cover someone else’s vacation. I worked my butt off for this chick basically being the only custodian cleaning the entire store training ppl who would only stay for a week. Therefore the time I spend training was a waste. My boss would tell me something and the. Go and say something else to another employee and say we was lying.
