Once I got into the right position (CMA in Urgent Care), I really have seen advancement opportunities. This rural hospital is close to the big city, but yet it has a small town feel. Working here for almost 3.5 years has proven that I don't want to work for a huge organization were I am only a number. I love the fact that DSH makes everyone feel important. - more ...
