Compensation is offensive.
Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Columbia, MOJuly 8, 2017
The work life balance at Division-D is fine, however the compensation is just offensive for employees who all have at least a four year degree. They claim there is a commission structure - but the only people making commission is management. Don't get sucked into the idea of making a ton of money, it just doesn't happen. The turn over is unreal. On average losing at least 3 employees a month.

Great Work Environment
Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Columbia, MONovember 29, 2016
Division-D does a great job of maintaining the balance between work and lifestyle. It is a fantastic company driven to help their young (average age ~25) staff to push themselves. The culture being created at Division-D is long lasting, as it radiates a family atmosphere that places employees in an optimal work environment. Employees are encouraged to interact with each other and use every resource to complete a task. This is an amazing entry level business position that I would recommend to all who are interested in marketing or advertising.

Great place to grow in a career
account manager (Current Employee) –  Columbia, MOJanuary 12, 2016
Division-D is a very fast-paced work environment. There is a lot of opportunity to grow at the this company and move up the ranks. You also have opportunity to be in different positions which is great. The company is young - average age around 25. This keeps it very lively and energetic.
Pros
A lot of free company events (Example: leaving work early to have a field day or go bowling), they offer good health benefits, free snacks/coffee, and offer a good amount of time off for vacation/sick/personal/maternity/paternity leave
Cons
Base salary is lower. But you can make more with really no limit off of commission and bonuses.

Division-D values and respects their employees. It's a fun work atmosphere and the employee morale is terrific. They offer training, encouragement and constructive criticism for employees and incentives for a job well done. It's also a team environment where everyone works together and helps each other out. There are company outings, get-togethers, luncheons and other functions that really help strengthen employee bonding. Overall Division-D is a great place to work.

Fun place to work
Sales Assistant (Current Employee) –  Columbia, MOOctober 23, 2015
Working at Division-D has many pros. There's free snacks all the time and lots of fun company sponsored events where it is easy to meet people that work here. Fun, young staff makes the environment really enjoyable in the day to day. There's a lot of room for growth and even though the starting salary is somewhat low, there's no cap for commissions so there's opportunity there as well. Also opening up offices in different cities. Overall a really fun, enjoyable place to work.
