Horrible company the only thing good is the pay . Dumb zoom calls all day everyday, they’re unorganized and have no idea what they are doing as far as property management

The commision is the best I've ever received at any company! The weekly company meeting make me feel like everyone genuinely wants you to succeed. They are understanding and help you reach company goals.

I was with DLP for nearly a year. I worked on call 24/7 yet got to appreciation for it. If you have an opinion, best to keep it to yourself. If you voice it, you will be terminated for not performing. (Your opinion wouldn’t matter anyway. If you’re not out of one of the main offices, your voice doesn’t get heard anyway, unless you’re a suck up)

Worst place I’ve ever worked for. They lie to get you in the door and want to know and track every aspect of your personal life. Forced to use personal vehicle for work without any compensation. Don’t expect to have a job unless you are willing to join their cult.

DLP is an amazing company to be a part of. I am proud to work for a company that embodies such high morals and core values. The company is growing rapidly and there is room for growth and advancement when opportunities are available. The support from the executive team is amazing and they go above and beyond to give you the support and tools you need to succeed.
