Management struggles, field locations suffer
Many others here have articulated quite well the good and bad of DNV GL. On the plus side, the company's mission is noble, benefits are good, and many smart, dedicated staff work there. But many sub-par people also work there - staying under the radar, pulling down high performers and eroding morale.
