Corporate is a mess
Dental Office (Former Employee) - Colorado Springs, CO - September 11, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI loved working with the team, our military patients and their families. However, corporate lacks the ability to properly communicate with and take care of their employees. You'll never have the proper amount of supplies, and if you reach the bonus threshold they'll raise it the very next month. You'll never feel as if you matter, and you'll always wonder if you're the next scapegoat to be fired. Every single person in my office is looking for other opportunities because they feel extremely unappreciated and easily replaceable. It's sad..because if it weren't for the clueless and greedy corporate side, it would be a wonderful place to work. DOCS is relatively new, so hopefully they'll figure out how to properly run a business and value their hard working employees while doing so.
Pros
The doctors are wonderful
Cons
Corporate has double standards, and there is very little communication

Do not recommend.
Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant (Current Employee) - Philadelphia, PA - July 16, 2023
It's easy to get hired as a fresh certified tech but the work is very little. When you try to reach out to someone they take forever to email back. I remember signing up for work one weekend and they never emailed me back with any details of the job nor let me know that they did not need me anymore. Really disorganized, I was so excited to become a part of this team but I just ended up being disappointed.
Cons
Little work, unreliable, weak communication skills.

Unorganized
Corporate Recruiter (Former Employee) - Pipersville, PA - May 14, 2023
Very unorganized. Runs like a start up company. Everyone is constantly scrambling to put “fires” out. There is no accountability for certain departments. There is no work/home balance as you are expected to be available until late at night if the need arises.
Pros
Pretty relaxed dress code, “Motivational Mondays” where they provide breakfast
Cons
Unorganized, office gossip

Incredibly Disorganized
Hearing Screener (Former Employee) - North Carolina - April 29, 2023
Run Dont walk away from this madhouse. No one has a clue as to what they’re doing here. One person will offer you a contract position and another will take it away from you. You’ll then get a call the night before the military event begging you to complete the same assignment they took just away from you.
Pros
None
Cons
Poor management, poor pay, no room for advancement

Excellent company to work for lots of hands on training.
COVID-19 Tester (Current Employee) - Philadelphia, PA - February 6, 2023
The hardest part of the job is getting to know people and they move to other areas of the company or they relocate! The most enjoyable part of the job is the job itself... A typical day consists of meeting and testing the community teachers, and students to assure the early detection of COVID-19 vires! So it's a great feeling to detect a negative or positive and to let the patient no early.
Pros
Serving the community, and meeting great people in the process.
Cons
No Benefits/ No certainity

COVID-19 Tester Kialenah Stewart (Former Employee) - Chalfont, PA - November 13, 2022
What is the best part of working at the company? I love helping people, so interacting with the public was my livelihood. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The most stressful part for me was telling a patient that they had COVID. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Docs Health is a great place to work, they treat each other fair, no one was better than the next, we were like a family, and our supervisor and manger's would jump right in and help if needed. I pray I get called back to work there again. After COVID left, our jobs were put on hold. What is a typical day like for you at the company? My days there were very busy, treating so many children, parents and teachers, I made them feel very comfortable, by showing even if they were or weren’t positive, I still made them comfortable in every way possible.

Covid 19 Medical Collector (Former Employee) - Odessa, TX - October 26, 2022
I love working with DOCS. I can't ask for more. Everybody's friendly, respectable and they're willing to train you with no hassles at all. I wish the job could be contacted and stayed longer. They're the BEST. I hope they have something here in Midland or Odessa or nearby. .
