Lot of interesting problems to work. Pretty easy to move between teams. Lot of home-grown software and not man opportunities to use anything else. Individual contributors are generally happier than management. Planning and cross-team collaboration is difficult and not well organized. Lot of good benefits and the CEO is the best. This is a great place to start any career. The promotion ladder is very clear as well as the requirements for promotion. The culture is fun and easy going but people still get their work done.
