Training is extensive with little to no support from management. Managers had no answers and were condescending. Would recommend for people with experience already

pay is so low. been here for four years and they’re hiring people into my same role at a much higher rate. dragging their feet to give raises which basically forces me to look elsewhere. has been a great place to work until the last year or so. growing pains are real.

DocuSign is a good company to work for.+++Good benefits in Irelands (healthcare, dental, stipen, remote package when you start).-Training is poor, and you need to be interested to learn and understand what you need. +/-Management is okay. --progression looks slow/inexistent.++ colleagues are great, and so is the company culture, even when working remote.-- an overall lack of structure in the organization, and documentations

Please read the job descriptions carefully and ask as many questions as you need. There is room to grow but you have to be in the top percentile to do so. Even if you want to move into another division all together.
Intern in Seattle

I had a great experience at DocuSign. Nice facilities, collaborative working environment, support yet autonomy in daily tasks. Many opportunities for workshops and professional growth.
