They will not allow anyone to insure their spouse unless on Medicare or Medicaid-stupid rules! I was on track to be a store manager and had already started my training before I found out they have a working spouse policy. it doe not matter whether you are a cashier or a Store Manager or higher in this company. Great place to shop, but I would never recomment working there. It can be a fun environment to work in , customers are generally very happy-Everything is really only $1 or even less for candy bars and other small items. If you work as an assistant manager, be prepared to close the store alone when your help no shows. They pay everyone minimum wage unless in management and that is not enough to live on at all without being on disability or some type of assistance. Sad. Qual;ity reliable help is hard to find with this low pay.
