When any type of conflict occurs and hr is involved take written statements rather then verbal statements as hr manager types. Just looks shady. For all you know she could be typing differently than what employees state. In any other large company if a written statement is not given then it is ruled as hearsay! This is why people don't want to work for dw. Listen to places that hire former dw employees , so many around the area know how the company dw treats their employees.

The reason would probably be so you don't have to deal with rude guests anymore and the pay is not as good as it needs to be or at least it wasn't when i worked there.
