Corporate office versus the property sites are ran totally different. I enjoyed my time with Dominium at the corporate office. LOVE IT. I also enjoyed my time at the site until the manager started to feel threatened. Disappointing, hurtful, stressful and a pure disaster. I loved what I did and the company had to had to leave.

Property Managers need to be managed as well as assistants, leasing and maintenance. You have lost great staff because of managers. The only time there is managing done to manager is you’re concerned about your million dollor property(when youre losing money).
See why certain properties are running through staff. I was a great employee per You(CEO )and serveral of your other colleagues. Wish you better in the future.
