The interview process at Domino's will differ based on the position. For store level candidates, applications will be reviewed, and qualified candidates will be contacted by the General Manager of the location that they applied. Candidates will be invited to interview in-person, and asked a series of job related questions. Candidates will hear back within a few days (if not sooner) with the hiring decision. For corporate applicants, an electronic application will be submitted, and qualified candidates will be contacted for an initial pre-screen conducted over the phone to discuss basic qualifications. If candidates are selected to move forward, they may be invited for an onsite interview at the headquarters in Ann Arbor, and/or another telephone interview might be conducted, this time with the hiring manager to further discuss specifics of the role. Hiring decisions are typically communicated within one week of the final step in the interview process. Candidates will hear back from the recruitment team either way.

That's a bit of a gray area that can vary a bit depending on the franchise owner's policies but that aside, while failing a drug test is almost always immediate termination there are a few ways that one may be rehired depending on the circumstances. It's a better idea to simply avoid putting one's self in that situation to begin with however, in my personal opinion.
