  • Two things, First give drivers the delivery charge, or at least a portion of it. secondly bring back employee food discounts.

  • Allow csr to receive tips that people think they are giving to them when paying at the counter. sadly I got tipped $15 from a guy yesterday in which he thought was for me but I didnt get to keep at all . Also havee drivers help assist with phones when inside is supper busy instead of ignoring phone calls bc their 'drivers', of course when they are not on delivery's . && Manage more of who does what so there's nothing running out when there is a full screen. Atleast split the tips for all csr on the checks to help motivate ur workers to keep on doing their best and once there's more management it'll really push workers the right direction to help the flow of production go smoothly.

  • Promote or increase pay for the higher performing employees, stop hiring poor management from outside who know nothing about running a dominos store and know nothing about food safety, prep, or managing delivery drivers. Pay general managers more. Have more supportive regional directors who cares about their managers and who work to help find coverage and work to maintain standards and back up their management staff. Make attendance policies clear. Do not hold NTO daily during dinner rush when half the time there is only one manager on duty trying to make pizzas, help the new oriented, manage staff. Provide new uniforms right away to new staff.

  • I would definitely offer free food, offer people 30 minute breaks and train people until they’re fully ready to start. I know people suffer with anxiety so I wouldn’t require them to take people’s orders or answer the phone’s. If they’re struggling I would help them tremendously.

  • Lf I was one, I would expect the franchise owners to work as hard as their employees. It goes without saying that a ship needs a captain. Too many times our store management team struggled, our cooks and delivery staff struggled but the franchise owners were never available. They were reaping the profits but never helping out or asking about our wellbeing.

  • Your GM's are not paid enough for all they are responsible for. They have to be on call for any questions and problems. Also responsible for pretty much everything. Their pay is barely higher than anyone else. Is it worth taking that position? There are no incentives. Especially when bills have to be paid, car maintenance, and told, you can't be attending school. So with barely a raise, you're locked in with no incentives. No sick pay, no paid vacation. No Sick pay, especially in a higher position and working full-time is ridiculous. I think it's time Domino's needs to make some changes and show they respect their excellent employees.
