Trying to make the customer happy but someone always messes up something and the customers are very unforgiving and mean.
They didnt have a customer guarantee and changed hot bag deal without notice to employees or customers
Customer satisfaction or your order is remade or refunded
Give the customer what they want, F the employees.
They will remake orders for complaining customers
It's pretty neutral. There will be people who'll be generous and understanding and those who simply won't care regardless of what you suggest. There's only so much that you can do in your position, so it's still neutral.
