Did match up to surrounding company

Constantly going through name changes mandatory overtime almost every day little or no management considerably unsafe place to work with no job security.

They listen to you if you have issues

It gets warm from the machines and it is smelly from the plastic. Can smell people that work there after their shift if you see them. Smell like something is burning.

Great job

Overall great job for someone young or in college. This was an easy call center job. I love working for Donnelly if it wasn’t for a higher paying job coming along I would still be there.

Not a great experience

I am grateful that Donnelly started me on the road to management; not grateful that they sold out to Corporate America (Canada). Not the best management structure and certainly not the best company by a long shot.
