This is a great place to build a career. There are great compensation opportunities if you're willing to do your part. Management cares about the employees, which is hard to find. You aren't just a number.

Good people make the work easier
I never found the bad guy. Usually, there is always one. I gave 100 percent when I was on the clock and from most, I got that back. As the hierarchy began to shift, priorities changed for some people. Couple that with a lot of young technicians looking to get up the pay ladder quickly in a profession where jumping from company to company is the common route, and that explains their turnover.
