Great Culture No Advancement
Its is a medium sized company so you end up knowing everyone who works in the building which creates a close knit culture. The main downside is not a whole lot of room to move up and benefits/pay is mediocre.

Not a good place to work unless you NEED money
This company doesn't really care about its employees and engages in handfuls of possibly illegal business practices. I would not recommend interviewing for any positions with Donor Drives, SalvageData, Outsource Data, MightyForms or any other brand they own. Save your time and interview elsewhere.

A worthy place to be working at.
There is freedom working in this company. Getting heard by senior management and the hierarchy above isn’t difficult as I had thought when I first came here. I have learnt much about keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Over the time I have been mandated with managing a team of junior customer service representatives and that’s the trust the management has on its employees.

Acquired Great Customer Rep Skills
Before I relocated after getting married, I worked at the customer representative department and it was a good experience although at times the work would be overwhelming, it was generally better because it helped me be what I am today at this new place, a lead/senior customer representative. The working environment is conducive, there a lot freebies and if only I had a chance to come back, then I wouldn’t hesitate, everyone made me feel wanted.

Career Development
I am Sales Associate at this company; basically the public face. The set standards at this place requires one to give all he or she has regarding sales skills and knowledge. I came here thinking it’s a laid back company with not so much going on; but honestly, it’s quite a busy place which needs one’s dedication and undivided attention with prospect customers. The support, compensation and benefits provided by the management are all satisfactory.
