This is an amazing job to have if you can stand the hours and the nature of the work.. I saw over 40 techs leave in the course of 3.5 years, and saw management do NOTHING to retain valuable employees. Management treats their techs as disposable, which is the farthest thing from truth. daily management of case activity and staff of those cases. Some management support. Hardest part of job is working long hours with less pay. Enjoyable part is knowing you have some assistance in saving lives.
