We recognize that every team’s needs are different, and that most of us want some level of flexibility in how we work. We’ve introduced a hybrid approach to work and collaboration, determined by the team leaders who are driving our business forward. In-Office Some teams at DoorDash require physical presence in an office or facility in order to do their jobs effectively. This includes some roles in IT, Workplace Services, Safety & Security, DoorDash Labs, DashMart, and DoorDash Kitchens, among others. Hybrid Most of our teams have embraced a hybrid way of working, splitting their time between in-person collaboration at an office and working remotely. These employees are assigned to an office, but how often they come in depends on their team. Remote For some teams and specific roles, coming into the office is not an important part of doing their jobs effectively. These employees are welcome to work remotely 100% of the time. But if they are near an office and want to come in, everyone’s welcome!
