My suggestion would be to let the dasher know what is being said negatively about their delivery performance before you just deactivate someone. If we don't know what is being said how are we going to improve. I'm not saying tell us which customer said what, just provide a way in the app to check how we did that shift so we can work on the customers expectations.

I’d work on the app to stop it from freezing up when you’re trying to close an order. Then you have to get tech support involved which takes you from being able to accept deliveries.

I only get one order per hour. The pay is very low. You need to pay us a respectable wage. 6$ is sad, you eventually will go out of business at that rate. It's only a matter of time..and its fast approaching.

Support needs improvement maybe try text support answer with texting this would elimate long phone calls . The pay for drivers needs help doordash should be adding their take in delivery fee,s any amount over goes to driver gas mileage wear and tear this would in prove delivery times and accepting more delivers.

Fix the app. Use some other service instead of Stripe.
Then it's time to hire customer service that is knowledgable.

There needs to be a drivers discount when ordering as a customer. No delivery fee for drivers, or half delivery fee. Just a perk of being a driver.

I would say its fair to give the driver 100% of their tip from each delivery, not a percentage.

The delivery areas need to be broken down more so drivers can complete more deliveries per hour in a smaller delivery range. Win for the customer and a win for the driver. The following areas need to be divided into individual areas. Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble,Porter and Summerwood.

First and foremost greatly improve customer support for drivers. Very long waits equal money loss.

Last of all make some regions smaller so your automated router doesnt send u 10 to 15 min for offer to another city.

This is a loophole too to discourage drivers from accepting offers during peak times.

Overall good to work with but support will make u wanna throw in the towell.

Be clear on violations and what can suspend or deactivate you.
Thx
