When you have your own business then you are responsible for acquiring things such as insurance, 401K, etc... However, they offer 20% savings on gas when you deposit money on your doordash card, you have the ability to earn 'overtime,' because there are peak incentives of $1.00 to $3.00 extra a delivery as well. A big benefit is that you are your own boss and make your own hours.
