If you were in charge, what would you do to make DoTERRA Essential oils a better place to work?
I'd set a higher wage for the employment, its downright disrespectful of time regarding the pay.
Keep HR in the loop about management actions, to cut down abuse
Offer a more comprehensive benefit package (401k with employer match contribution, otherwise whats the point, could just do a roth ira) with a decent tuition reimbursement (they currently offer 500 for that, and only that, its pathetic and wont amount to anything, and im confident they know it)
and lastly, i'd consult a third party on warehouse operations. Considering how jumbled and unorganized everything is, it'd be wise to learn from what established warehouses are doing to replicate efficiency. the way it stands just leaves a lot of unnecessary stress with no knowledge or willingness to fix it
I loved the interaction with distributors, helping them improve their business. But the lack of vision of management did not helped.
If you apply for a paid position with doTerra, what is the interview process like?
There is no interviewing process. You are an independent contractor for sales of essential oils to the public.
