Wonderful company to work for! Value their employees and continuously show that by the benefits they give to employees, the events they put on for the families, the continual education and training they offer their employees and reinvesting into the foundry with new equipment and capital projects. All employees have opportunities to participate in committees with in the organization to make Dotson a better place to work. Even the President and the Chairman of the Board sit down with employees to make sure their concerns are heard! There is constant meetings on updates for the organization that all employees attend and the transparency they have is wonderful! Great place to work!!!

Employees on the shop floor do not own. Profit sharing is only for the office staff. Most of management/office ppl don't care about the shop floor employees. They only care about money and their customers.. you are just another number that needs to work work work and shut up. Terrible value system. Overall a below average place to work.

Not sure what is to worry about. Lots of overtime. Company is currently expanding. The company reinvests a lot of the profit back into the company. Currently is employee owned.
