Highly don’t recommend

Indeed Featured review

I would not recommend working for DRTF to anyone. The benefits are awful, the PD’s are rude/unhelpful and favoritism from PD’s plays a big part in the houses. It is ridiculously difficult to take time off and if they agree to let you use your PTO, you are still required to find your own coverage. The only positive note would be that if you need a weird work schedule for school, childcare, a second job etc, they typically have quite a few positions open with random hours.
